Information we may handle<\/h2><ul><li><strong>Contact and appointment details:<\/strong> your name, phone, email, preferred service or chamber, and information you choose to send when you call or email.<\/li><li><strong>Account and order details:<\/strong> account, billing, order, and transaction-status information if account, resource, cart, or checkout features are used. Payment-card data is handled by the selected payment provider and should not be emailed.<\/li><li><strong>Interactive resources:<\/strong> answers and results generated when using tests, quizzes, or learning tools. These are educational and are not a diagnosis or clinical record.<\/li><li><strong>Technical data:<\/strong> IP address, browser, device, requested pages, timestamps, errors, and security events recorded by the website, host, or security services.<\/li><li><strong>Reviews and public submissions:<\/strong> when you review a blog, we collect your name, email, mobile number, star rating, and comment. Email and mobile are used privately for verification and moderation; only your name, rating, and approved review are published.
