1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply when you browse playtocommunicatebd.com, create an account, use a test or resource, contact us, request an appointment, or purchase or download anything offered through the website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

2. Website operator and scope

Play to Communicate is a Bangladesh-based speech, language, communication, and play-based education and service website operated by Kowshik Ahammed Kabir, BSLP, MSLP (DU), Speech and Language Therapist in Dhaka. The site provides educational content, screening tools, downloadable resources, service descriptions, and ways to enquire about appointments.

3. Children, caregivers, and authority

The website is intended for adults, parents, legal guardians, caregivers, educators, and professionals. A child should use interactive tools only with appropriate adult supervision. If you provide information or arrange services for another person, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Accounts and information you provide

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Information supplied for an account, order, enquiry, or appointment must be accurate and current. Notify us if you believe an account has been used without permission. We may restrict or close an account where reasonably necessary for security, misuse, legal compliance, or repeated violation of these terms.

5. Appointments and professional services

Submitting an enquiry or selecting a service does not confirm an appointment. Appointments are confirmed directly after availability, location, service suitability, and applicable fees are agreed. Service descriptions, session durations, locations, and fees are general information and may be updated. Individual recommendations depend on assessment and professional judgment, and no particular result can be guaranteed.

Website use alone does not create a therapist-client or clinician-patient relationship. That relationship begins only after the service is accepted and appropriate consent, assessment, documentation, payment, and clinical arrangements are completed.

6. Fees, payment, rescheduling, and cancellation

Current displayed prices are in Bangladeshi Taka unless stated otherwise. Confirm the final fee, payment method, appointment time, and any hospital or chamber charge before attending or paying. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible. Any service-specific cancellation, refund, missed-appointment, or rescheduling condition communicated during booking will apply to that appointment. Statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

7. Resources and intellectual property

Unless a resource states otherwise, website text, branding, illustrations, downloads, tests, layouts, and original materials belong to Play to Communicate, Kowshik Ahammed Kabir, or the identified rights holder. You may access and use purchased or free materials for personal, family, classroom, or professional reference consistent with the stated licence.
